These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of haio (“haio”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using haio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
haio is a Singapore property platform. It lets you search properties and transaction data, obtain valuations and affordability estimates, read market insights, request home services, and optionally subscribe to haio+. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
All valuations, estimates, affordability figures, transaction data, and market insights on haio are provided for general information only, on an “as is” and “as available” basis. They are computed from data sources and statistical models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They are not financial, investment, legal, or valuation advice, and they are not a guarantee, appraisal, or offer of any price. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any property or financial decision. haio is not liable for decisions made in reliance on this information.
haio Services connects you with independent third-party service providers (for example, contractors and tradespeople). haio is a platform that facilitates these connections; haio is not the service provider or contractor, and does not perform the services. Any contract for the work is between you and the provider. We do not guarantee the quality, timing, safety, legality, or outcome of any provider’s work, and you engage providers at your own risk.
haio+ is an optional paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor; your card details are handled by Stripe and not stored by haio. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
You agree not to misuse haio. In particular, you will not scrape or bulk-extract data except as expressly permitted, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, upload unlawful or infringing content, impersonate others, or use haio for any unlawful purpose.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
haio and its content, branding, and software are owned by haio or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may use haio for your personal, non-commercial use. You retain ownership of content you submit (such as service-request photos), and you grant haio a licence to use that content as needed to operate and provide the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, haio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. haio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service, reliance on its information, or dealings with third-party providers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of haio after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
